Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email/SMS containing your tracking number. Tracking information usually updates within 24–48 hours.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If the address is incorrect or incomplete, delays or failed deliveries may occur. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We are not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your package is damaged, please contact the courier directly to file a claim.
