Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Refunds

Approved refunds (when applicable) will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).
